Lolita is a hero with a tank role, but in reality it is rarely used by players. Of course, many players don't want to use heroes with tank roles. 

This is a fact, but not all players don't want to use tank heroes. For example, I am a basic hero with a role tank, but I can also use hero with role marksman, fighter, mage.

Heroes with marksman and mage roles will not move when meeting lolita. Lolita will also provide a shield effect to teammates for a period of time. For attacks, you must understand combos for lolita. 2-1-BA-2 is a combo skill that I often use, if interpreted is protection, attack, attack, and damage.

1. Noumenon energy core - Passive - Whenever Lolita takes no damage for 5s consecutive second, Noumenon energy core will recharge slowly, temporarily granting lolita and her nearby alies shields when at max charge
2. Charge - Lolita dashes a short distance increasing basic attack damage and range in the next 5s amd reducing target movement speed by 20% on hit. 2nd Skills charges at enemy dealing 350 and 2.5% of ther target maximun health as physical damage while also stunning for 0.8s
3. Guardian's bulwark - Lolita raises her shiel to block all incoming ranged basic att afther the shield fall tap the skill again to launch energy blast. energy blast deals 400 physical damage include 50% total physical atk TO 800 physical damage include 100% total physical atk to the first target hit and surronding enemies. the more att the shield block the more damage the blast will do.
4. Noumenon blast - lolita gains a passive shield effect then after charging for 2 s deals 350 physical damage include 100% total physical atk TO 700 physical damage include 200% total physical atk. in a cone in front of her. When casting at max charge lolita will also stun her enemy for 2 s tap  again to fire immedietly. When charging lolita reduces the movement speed of enemies within basic att range by 75%
