Not much I discussed about Luo Yi, because this hero did not exceed my expectations. But that does not mean this hero is not interesting to use, because he can give chaos to the opposing team.
Like the estes that have a magic circle, Luo Yi also has it and the hero in his circle will get enough damage. So that it can be combined with the Yin-yang skill.
Skill's Luo Yi New Hero Mage
- Duality - Passive - Generate oppsite marks of yin and yang on battlefield, each lasts up to 6 seconds. Yin-yang reaction happens whenever two bearers of opposites marks come close to each other.
- Dispersion - Skill 1 - Luo Yi casts the energy of Yang or Yin in a designated direction, dispersing upon the first hit to target and enemies behind in a fan-shaped area, applying mark of Yang or Yin to enemy heroes hit. Luo Yi gains a stack of dispersion every 8 seconds up to 4 stacks. She gains an additonal 1 stack each shift the state of luo yi.
- Rotation - Skill 2 - Luo YI summons Fire of Yang or Aqua of Yin in a designated area on target hit and slowing them by 60% for 0.5 seconds.
- Diversion - Ultimate Skill - Luo Yi create a teleport circle around herself. After 3 second any allied heroes in the circle to another location on battlefield.

The three equipment above are the 3 best builds in my opinion. But for those of you who often feel lacking where so I suggest to use build 1 and 3.
Best Spell Luo Yi
You can use Flameshot, this spell is starting to be in demand by Hero Mage users. This spell also has a good effect, like if the enemy approaches you and you use flameshot, the enemy will bounce away from you.
Best Emblem Luo Yi
The emblem I recommend is mage or magical. Of course, because in my opinion this hero is a simple hero and more supportive.
When you use Luo Yi's hero in matches, you can combine the first and second skills to deal damage to your opponent. By using the Yin-yang effect skill, it will give chaos to the opponent. This hero really needs accuracy.
